Digital Countermeasures, Inc. is an Information Security company specializing in Information Assurance and Privacy Awareness Education. DCM provides IT Security & Privacy Awareness Education in order to create the next future multicultural cybersecurity leaders.
Begining in 2015, our business design and advising team provided one-on-one business creation to the owner and founder of Digital Countermeasures.

Vision: To bring Information Security training and certification courses to a local physical and online level, that could be accessed at an affordable cost to minority youth and professionals. Whiles being taught and delivered by an Information Security Subject Matter Expert.

Design: Our design team worked hand and hand with the founder of Digital Countermeasures, to discern and formulate to paper and plan, the objectives and market goals desired. With months of continual advising, coaching, and designing; our team created a full business plan, with market and competitor research. Created a full training curriculum by bringing five computers and designers together to make all the important teachable information from the years up-to-date 400-page training education manuals. Captured Business Solutions, facilitated the creation from conception to training course one, to the online transition of the company in 2020.

RVZilla is a comprehensive online platform and marketplace to connect RV renters and owners. Selections include vintage Airstreams, toy haulers, fifth wheelers, Class A, B, and C of RVs, as well as garden variety trailers and motorhomes. Focusing on the end-user and experience, RVZilla helps campers create precious memories with friends and family in the great outdoors.

RVZilla is one of the latest entrants to the sharing economy, also called the peer-to-peer (P2P) economy, because buyers and sellers negotiate terms directly online. Just as AirBnB connects private homeowners with consumers seeking lodging, RVZilla facilitates transactions between RV owners and campers. For RV owners, joining RVZilla’s platform is a way to earn some income from their RV & camper vehicles; for campers, it gives them the ability to easily rent an RV and enjoy quality time with family and friends.
Our lead design team was contracted to one-on-one advise and counsel with the founder and owner of RVZilla. Through hours of video conferencing during Covid-19, our team worked to identify exactly what the present and future goals were that the owner had in mind.

Vision: The founder, had the vision to bring a connected family ease of access experience to the RV rental and sports vehicle community, with a full-service rental, buying, and care taken into account.
Design: Our design team identified the values and visions of the impact and direction the founder was moving towards. Through advising hours with the founder, our team assessed that a full design effort was needed to bring the owner's visions to life.
